Weight Loss Review

Weight loss is a tough thing to tackle for a lot of people. Thinking and looking back, we have a lot of excellent healthy tips and tasty recipes that are archived on our site. To remind our loyal clients and expose our newest readers to this excellent content, we are going to do a blog review series this month where we introduce some of our most impactful posts and provide short snippets of them, along with a link to read it in its entirety.

Our first entry gives helpful Do’s and Don’ts of weight loss. It’s easy for us to derail ourselves. We forget to celebrate the little victories and steps along the way. Our second entry is a yummy Crock Pot Chicken and Tomato Soup. Soups are an excellent comfort food and they make you feel like you’re full before you’re stuffed.

“Homemade Soup is a great thing to make when it’s cold outside.  It’s also a great meal for hCG or any other diet for several reasons.  First of all, you can make multiple servings and then freeze them in individual containers so that you can pull them out and have a good hot meal with minimal effort.  Second, watery foods, such as soups, can help you lose weight because of their low calorie density, or relatively low number of calories compared to their serving size.”
